Apparatus 1 for cutting tubular elements 2 transversely, with two saddles 9, 12 which block one tubular element 2 at a time in a preset position, a cutting device 19 capable of making a notch on a peripheral portion of the tubular element 2, and a mobile knife 30 in a radial direction with respect to the tubular element 2 itself and towards the notch made by the cutting device 19, the knife 30 having a cutting edge 31 with a substantially cuspate form with vertex 32 arranged on an axis aligned with a diameter of the tubular element 2 and turned towards the tubular element 2 itself, there being an actuator 28 for translating the knife 30 to make it cross the tubular element 2 completely. <IMAGE> |
