<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a punch for a drilling press which can endure longtime use while maintaining a drilling precision even if used for a fine-diameter drilling. <P>SOLUTION: The punch for a drilling press is configured so that: a drilling needle 47 is continuingly provided in the front end of a punch body 46; the front end surface of the drilling needle 47 is formed so as to be a recessed conical surface 47a; and a blade portion 47b which is annularly sharp-pointed is formed in the outer peripheral edge of the front end surface; wherein a limitless number of polishing striation 49 extending radially from a shaft center C of the drilling needle 47 is formed in the conical surface 47a, while a rake angleθalong each polishing striation 49 of the blade portion 47b is made uniform. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT</p> |
