<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electric power management system capable of evading a situation where electric power is not supplied at all to a load with a high priority, even in a situation where electric power supply is limited. <P>SOLUTION: An electric power management system 100 comprises: a classification part 610 for classifying predetermined loads included in a load group 500 into a plurality of groups; and a control part 620 which controls at least either one of a solar battery 200 or a load group 500 in time-division so that electric power supplied from the solar battery 200 is preferentially supplied to predetermined loads belonging to each of the plurality of groups, in a time interval allocated to each of the plurality of groups.
