<p>Disclosed are: an assay method having high sensitivity, high accuracy and dramatically improved promptness; an assembly containing a fusion protein, which can be used in the assay method; and a process for producing the assembly. The assembly containing a fusion protein is characterized by comprising at least a fusion protein which comprises a protein (A), a protein (B), and a fluorescent dye or an enzyme, wherein the protein (A) can bind specifically to at least one a site in a target substance, a target virus or a target cell, the protein (B) can bind specifically to at least one ß site in the target substance, the target virus or the target cell that has the a site, and at least two molecules in total of the protein (A) and the protein (B) are contained in the fusion protein.</p> |
