<p>PURPOSE: A gap filler for resetting frequency shift and a method thereof are provided to reboot a CPU to reset frequency shift if a DP-PLL(Digital Programming-Phase Locked Loop) CPU wrongly operates, thereby preventing frequency shift. CONSTITUTION: A DP-PLL(110) detects phase information from a satellite DMB signal. A signal processing unit(120) analyzes the phase information. If the frequency shift is generated, the signal processing unit transmits a rebooting command about a device for processing the DP-PLL. The signal processing unit reboots the device for processing the DP-PLL. Frequency shift is reset through the rebooting.</p> |
