The present invention relates to a digital system using online bearer bonds, an issuing system, and a providing method thereof. The digital system using online bearer bonds includes: a near field communications unit which establishes a near field communications connection with a predetermined issuing device; and a control unit. The control unit transmits an online bearer bond issue request signal corresponding to the issue amount when the near field communications is established to issue the online bearer bond corresponding to the issue amount through the issuing system receiving the request signal.
