<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a battery pack which secures cooling performance of battery cells while securing necessary constraint strength given to the battery cells. <P>SOLUTION: Cooling members 20, each of which is provided between adjacent battery cells 11 comprising a battery pack 10, have multiple plate-like parts 21, each of which is provided so as to be extended in a flow direction F of a cooling fluid and be lined up having a space from the adjacent plate-like parts in the lining direction Y. Passages 22 in which the cooling fluid flows are formed between the adjacent plate-like parts 21. Further, each cooling member 20 has reinforcement parts 24 which are sectionally provided in the lining direction Y and have large strength against action force of the adjacent battery cells 11 compared to the plate-like parts 21.
