<p>The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing convenience foods using unpolished rice. The method comprises: an immersion process of putting and soaking rice in water; a first roasting process of roasting the rice using a roasting device after dehydrating the soaked rice; a radiating process of cooling down the roasted rice; a rice polishing process of polishing the cooled down rice, and making the same to unpolished rice; a second roasting process of roasting the unpolished rice using the roasting device; and a pressing process of compressing the unpolished rice passing through the second roasting process and making the same flat. By processing rice with two roasting processes, making the same flat, and compressing and drying the same, the present invention is very convenient by being dissolved in warm water and tea without extra cooking process and being eaten in a cereal form, and can take rich nutrition by holding nourishment of unpolished rice.</p> |
