The present invention relates to a building information providing system using an NFC tag, which installs an NFC tag in a building for public institution, apartment, accommodation, etc. and provides information related to the building to a user by a user terminal contacting the NFC tag. The building information providing system includes: an NFC tag which is attached and installed in a specific position of a building and includes access information including a unique code of the building; a user terminal which receives building-related information by accessing a manager server based on the access information received from the NFC tag; and the manager server which communicates with the user terminal by a network and transmits building-related information, which matches the unique code of the building received from the user terminal, to the user terminal. |
