FIELD: process engineering.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to woodworking, particularly, to painting of wood articles. Painting composition consists of direct dye dissolved in tap water at the following ratio: 2-3 of direct dye and 98-97 of tap water. Wood article is processed at the temperature whereat article surface ply starts softening that makes 131-170°C and at pressure of 6 atm. At feed of heated painting composition, a gas-vapour mix, the wood article temperature varies from 5°C to 20°C. Said painting composition is fed for about some 10 seconds and, then, for 10-20 seconds its is processed at 131 -170°C and 6 atm.EFFECT: higher quality of painting. |
