The present invention relates to a device for analyzing a performance according to intercell interference control based on multi-point collaborative communication in a heterogeneous network and a method thereof capable of confirming the improvement of the performance through performance analysis after applying various scheduling and precoding based on multi-point collaborative communication in the heterogeneous network (HetNet) of an LTE-A (long term evolution-advanced) network. The present invention is provided to apply various scheduling and precoding technologies to a CB (coordinated beamforming) method of CoMP communication technology; apply CS technology as scheduling technology and one among QR, THP, PD, and SVD as precoding technology; and compare the performance in a case of existing in only macro cells with the performance in a case of existing in a picocell at the edge of the macro cell, thereby confirming improved gains.
