The present invention relates to a piezoelectric element employing a structure highly resistant to physical or mechanical shock applied from an external source. The piezoelectric element according to an embodiment of the present invention includes piezoelectric units coupled together. Each of the piezoelectric units includes: a polycrystalline unit comprising polycrystalline piezoelectric bodies; a single crystal unit which comprises single crystal piezoelectric bodies and is connected to a connection unit; and a textured member which is arranged between the polycrystalline unit and the single crystal unit while having intermediate properties there-between.
