The present invention relates to a manufacturing method of metal nanostructures using DNA and, more specifically, to a manufacturing method of metal nanostructures using DNA with a self-assembly property as a frame, which is allowed to adjust a direction property, type and size in an easier manner compared to a conventional bottom-up method. The metal nanostructure manufactured by the method of the present invention has an excellent resonance on a localized surface plasmon, thereby being used in drug transporters, bio-medical images and ultra-sensitive bio-sensors. |
