The present invention relates to a bone conduction speaker module and a bone conduction earphone including the bone conduction speaker module and, more specifically, to a bone conduction speaker module and a bone conduction earphone including the same, which are able to: output not only an accurate sound by minimizing the distortion of an inputted signal but also a stable sound even with a small vibration; be used in a comfortable state by minimizing vibrations delivered to a user; prevent overstrain to the human body even after being used for a long time by minimizing the influence of magnetic force of a magnet, which is installed inside, on the user; facilitate the wearing by being formed in an in-ear type; and prevent an accident which may happen since the user cannot hear outside sound by enabling the user to also hear the outside sound. To achieve the forementioned purposes, the bone conduction speaker module used in an earphone, a headphone, and a hearing aid, comprises: a housing which is formed with a first case covering a part being in contact with a human body and a second case covering the other side of the first case; a magnetic unit which is installed in the housing; and a voice coil unit which is positioned in the upper part of the magnetic unit.
