The present invention relates to a movable disposal device for floating matters in a drainage gathering box and a disposal method using the same. The present invention comprises: a main body provided with wheels enabling movement and a receiving part for receiving floating matters; a belt conveyor provided to the main body and inserted into a drainage gathering box; and a bucket provided to the belt conveyor and collecting the floating matters in the drainage gathering box so as to discharge the same to the receiving part.
