A method for group communications comprises the following steps of: displaying a group conversation screen; detecting a touch event to start group communications on the group conversation screen; executing a group communication mode according to the touch event; selecting at least one other party corresponding to user input in the group communication mode; and executing group communications with the selected other party in response to a release of the touch event.
