<p>The present invention relates to a noise and back pressure control variable valve used for an exhaust system. According to the present invention, a noise and back pressure control variable valve used for an exhaust system comprises: a tube (10) installed on a silencer discharge pipeline; a bracket (20) mounted on the outer surface of the downstream side (10a) of the tube (10); a shaft (30) installed on the upper side of the fixed bracket (20); a valve body (40) having a valve surface (41) opening or closing the opening surface of the downstream side of the tube (10), and having a valve fixing part (45) which is fixed on the upper side of the bracket (20) and is able to rotate by the shaft (30); a wire mat (50) having a circular opening part (51) in the middle thereof, and having the outer circumference of the opening surface of the downstream side of the tube (10) installed to be fixed thereto; and a restoring spring (60) having a spring body part (61) into which the shaft (30) is inserted, having one side detent part (65) caught on the bracket (20), and having the other side detent part (66) pressing the rear surface of the valve surface (41) in the direction of the tube (10).</p> |
