<p>The present invention relates to a sound output device which is slim and outputs a sound signal of high quality and to a manufacturing method of the sound output device. The sound output device according to an embodiment of the present invention includes: a bottom case unit which has an open surface formed in a hole shape of a preset size; an upper case unit which forms the sound output device by being combined with the bottom case unit and has a first groove having a shape corresponding to the open surface; a plate unit which includes an inner plate of a patch shape corresponding to the open surface and an outer plate surrounding the inner plate; an edge unit of a ring bar shape which acts as a vibration plate when outputting a sound signal in the sound output device and corresponds to the open surface; and a slit unit of a patch shape which corresponds to the open surface. The outer plate: has a ring bar shape surrounding the inner plate by being separated from the inner plate at a preset distance; and has multiple second grooves formed to have a predefined shape and a predefined size in the outer edge part of the outer plate, wherein the multiple second grooves provide multiple holes in the sound output device.</p> |
