<p>The present invention aims to provide an exercising device for suboccipital muscle, in which the suboccipital muscle and atlantooccipital joints which are stiffened and shrunk, are stimulated to prevent and treat neck diseases by simply wearing, on a head, a cap-shaped head wearing part such as a hat or a helmet and then fixing the ballast to the cap-shaped head wearing part such that the ballast is disposed on a forehead of a wearer while moving a ballast having predetermined weight in a center direction or in left and right directions on a front side of the cap-shaped head part. To realize the objects, the present invention provides an exercising device (100) for suboccipital muscle comprising: a head wearing part (110) worn on a head so as to cover an upper portion of the head; and a ballast (120) having predetermined weight attached to a front side of the head wearing part (110) so as to be disposed on a forehead of a wearer. The ballast (120) has a contact portion with the head wearing part (100) which is formed in a convex shape so as to be minimized when the head wearing part (110) is fixed to the forehead, and includes a body (121) having predetermined weight.</p> |
