The present invention relates to an organic light emitting display device having a touch sensing function and to a manufacturing method thereof. The organic light emitting display device according to an embodiment of the present invention includes an insulation substrate including a first surface and a second surface facing each other; an organic light emitting device arranged on the first area of the insulation substrate; and an upper thin-film layer which is arranged on top of the organic light emitting device or the second surface of the insulation substrate. The upper thin-film layer includes a contact sensing layer which can detect a touch input from the outside; and a multi thin-film layer adjacent to the touch sensing layer. The multi thin-film layer includes at least one metal thin-film layer and one or more dielectric layers which are alternatively laminated together.
