The present invention addresses the problem of providing an active-energy-ray-curable resin composition for coating an inorganic or organic substrate which has favorable adhesiveness relative to inorganic and organic substrates, high hardness, excellent weather resistance, and sufficient bending resistance. The present invention is an active-energy-ray-curable resin composition containing (A) a hydrolyzable silyl group-containing (meth)acrylic copolymer, (B) a specific silane compound, and (C) a photo-acid-generating agent. The active-energy-ray-curable resin composition may further include (D) a compound having at least two (meth)acryloyl groups in a molecule and (E) a photoradical initiator. |
