<p>The present invention relates to a sliding groove scale, which solves the problem that an existing measurement device is universally large in weighing error when being used for measuring bulk materials conveyed through a sliding groove. A sliding groove scale, comprising a hopper (1), wherein bulk materials (2) are arranged in the hopper (1), a fixed sliding groove (3) is arranged under the hopper (1), a gravity sliding groove (6) is connected to the tail end of the fixed sliding groove (3), an impact plate (7) is arranged in the front of a discharge port of the gravity sliding groove (6), an impact sensor (8) is arranged on the impact plate (7), a feed port (9) is arranged between the impact plate (7) and the tail end of the gravity sliding groove (6), a weighting sensor (4) is arranged on the gravity sliding groove (6), and the weighting sensor (4) and the impact sensor (8) are both respectively and electrically connected to a single chip microcomputer (5). The present invention is particularly suitable for performing high accuracy measurement on uneven bulk materials.</p> |
