PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase heat radiation while giving a substrate high insulation performance.SOLUTION: An LED lamp 1 transmits heat of an LED 15 mounted on an LED substrate 16 to a housing 35 and radiates it. The LED substrate 16 has electrical insulation property, and a mounting surface of the LED 15 and a reverse surface on which heat is transmitted to the housing 35 are provided with copper foils 83 composed of electrically conductive material as a heat radiation layer. The mounting surface of the LED 15 is divided into a plurality of conductive areas 85 by slits 84 formed in the copper foil 83. The LED 15 is placed across the slits 84, and the LED 15 is electrically connected to the conductive areas 85 on both sides of the slits 84. |
