<p>Disclosed is a device for wideband laser cladding, mainly composed of a reflective beam-splitting prism (10), two reflective collecting mirrors (21, 22) and a powder delivery pipeline (80). The beam-splitting prism (10) and the two collecting mirrors (21, 22) can reshape incident rectangular or circular parallel laser beams (1) and reflect same as two beams of near-rectangular laser (2) at a focus angle, the spacing of the two near-rectangular light beams becomes closer and closer in the focal range, and two straight or arc-shaped light spots are formed on a focal plane and overlap. Further involved is a method for wideband laser cladding. The present method and device for wideband laser cladding have a great width and high efficiency, high precision in coupling of powder and the laser beam, and good weld channel quality.</p> |
