<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a filtration method of analyte samples which can prevent false positive or congestion while maintaining sensitivity, a method for enabling highly accurate detection or quantitative determination of an object to be detected, and a kit used in such a method, in a simple analyte inspection method using a membrane assay method.SOLUTION: A simple membrane assay method comprises a step for performing detection or quantitative determination of presence of an object to be measured in an analyte sample on an assay apparatus, comprising a membrane combined with capture reagent for capturing the object to be measured, after the analyte sample containing an object to be detected has been filtrated out through a filtration filter. In the simple membrane assay method, a strong rigid filter is included in a filter constituting the filtration filter.</p> |
