BRIEF SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION [0002] A computer-assisted method for automating and gamifying the GOCT process by matching, tracking and measuring relevant daily health and wellbeing activities to users. An activity matching algorithm (AMA) compares user preferences and daily patterns of interaction in order to intelligently match activities held in the activities database index (ARI) to the users, with the user accumulating rewards based on longevity, frequency and completion. A member level algorithm (MLA) creates a sliding scale of membership with each level unlocking a defined suite of user benefits.
