PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid filter device and the like capable of accurately transmitting information in communications between an IC tag placed in a filter element and a reader/writer placed in a filter case.SOLUTION: A filter case lid part 110 has an antenna 114 at the lower end part of a reader/writer module 113 projected inside and an engaging protrusion at a first tube part disposed at a center. A filter element 130 has an IC tag 136 at an upper plate 133 and an inclined surface inclined toward the lowest point of a second tube part disposed at the center of the upper plate 133. The engaging protrusion at the filter case lid part 110 is fixed at the lowest point of the inclined surface of the second tube part since the filter element 130 is pushed by a lower support 121 of a filter case body 120 and rotated when the filter case body 120 is pushed to the filter case lid part 110.
