PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power supply control system and a power supply control method capable of setting a personal computer system and a power supply system in a personal computer device to different work modes.SOLUTION: A power supply control system is applied to a personal computer device composed of a personal computer system and a power supply system. The power supply system supplies a supply voltage source to each composition member of the personal computer device. The power supply control system is connected to the personal computer system and the power supply system, and includes an over clock power supply mode. When the personal computer system receives an off signal and enters a state which is not on and the power supply control system enters the over clock power supply mode, the power supply control system issues a system off signal to the personal computer system so that the personal computer system is controlled to enter a state which is not on, and at the same time controls the power supply system to continuously output the supply voltage source.
