<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a construction method capable of being executed early by overcoming poor economy when a consolidation and compression method by drawdown of soft ground is executed by a vertical pumping system.SOLUTION: The case of a high water content is coped with a method in which a sectional diameter of a horizontal suction line 2 is enlarged. The case of a large quantity of artesian water is coped with a method in which ground to an upper part of an impermeable bed above the artesian water is set as object ground to use negative pressure, and a method in which a cross-sectional area of the horizontal suction line in confined aquifer is increased to increase the degree of a pumping capacity of a submerged pump 7.</p> |
