The present invention comprises a folding prevention part that is provided to a movable part (26) having a guide surface for guiding a lateral end of a die-cut label sheet which is fed along the upper surface of a feeding plate, the folding prevention part preventing the folding of a lateral side part of the die-cut label sheet the lateral end of which is in contact with the guide surface. The folding prevention part includes: a press-receiving base end part (62) that is provided so as to protrude from the upper surface of the feeding plate, and that slopes the lateral side part of the die-cut label sheet being passed thereover such that the lateral side part rises toward the lateral end; a sheet pressing part (99) that presses the die-cut label sheet against a feeding route surface at the same position as the press-receiving base end part (62) or at a peripheral position thereof; and a lateral-end holding member (42) against which the lateral end of the die-cut label sheet, which has been sloped by the press-receiving base end part (62), abuts.
