<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a valve drive device which can be formed simply and inexpensively.SOLUTION: A valve drive device comprises: an air motor 3 having a first supply and exhaust opening and a second supply and exhaust opening, in which the output side of a drive shaft of an electric motor 2 is directly connected to the input side of the drive shaft; a fluid supply device 4 for supplying fluid to the air motor 3; a first supply and exhaust pipe 5 with one end connected to the first supply and exhaust opening; a second supply and exhaust pipe 6 with one end connected to the second supply and exhaust opening; and a pair of manual three-way selector valves 7, 8 in which first ports 71, 81 of the respective valves are connected to the other end of the first supply and exhaust pipe 5 and the other end of the second supply and exhaust pipe 6, second ports 72, 82 of the respective valves are connected to the fluid supply device 4, and third ports 73, 83 of the respective valves are opened to the atmosphere.</p> |
