<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize a small and easy-to-assemble component structure, fewer manufacturing steps and the like by improving a magnetic component assembly and an assembly manufacturing method.SOLUTION: A surface mounting magnetic component assembly comprises: a conductive coil having a winding part, and first and second distal ends extending from the winding part and opposed to each other; a magnetic core that is formed around the winding part to surround it, and has a base wall and a side wall extending from the base wall and orthogonal to it, in which the first and second distal ends extend to pass through the base wall of the magnetic core; and first and second terminal clips respectively connected to the first and second distal ends, and positioned on the base wall adjacent to an opposite side wall of the magnetic core.</p> |
