In a foamer dispenser (10), a press-down head (15) is provided with: a head main body (41) provided with a top wall part (43) which is disposed at an upper side of a stem, and an attachment cylinder part (44) which extends from the top wall part (43) towards a lower side, and which is attached to the stem; and an external cylinder part (42) which is provided in a position below the top wall part (43), and which surrounds, from an outer side in a radial direction, the attachment cylinder part (44) and a guidance cylinder part (17). An interior of the external cylinder part (42) is configured so as to be capable of communicating with an interior of an air cylinder via an interior of the guidance cylinder part. The head main body (41) and the external cylinder part (42) are formed separately, and are attached to each other. Air intake holes (51a, 51b), which pass through the external cylinder part (42) in the radial direction, and which are open towards the upper side, are formed in an upper end part of the external cylinder part (42).
