PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a structure reconstruction method capable of reducing cost required for reconstruction, while reducing a load applied to an environment.SOLUTION: The structure reconstruction method comprises a Step S1 of forming a reconstruction work space 30 enclosed by an outer peripheral scaffold 20 by installing the outer peripheral scaffold 20 for covering the outer periphery of an existing building 1 on the under side of a rooftop story floor level of the existing building 1, Steps S2-S4 of newly constructing a new construction building 2 while reinforcing a reuse structure 40 by disassembling the existing building 1 except for this reuse structure 40 with an existing column 11 and an existing girder 12 as the reuse structure 40 in this reconstruction work space 30 and Steps S5-S7 of repeating the Steps S2-S4 in this reconstruction work space 30 by forming the reconstruction work space 30 downward by moving the outer peripheral scaffold 20 downward. |
