PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laser apparatus and a laser output control method capable of shortening response time of a laser oscillator and stabilizing an output of laser light to a set output.SOLUTION: A laser output control method using a laser apparatus 10 includes the steps of: outputting, in a feedback control unit 46, a feedback signal Sf for making an output of laser light L to be a set output Pa, on the basis of a setting signal Ss output from an output unit 44 and a measurement signal Sm output from a measurement unit 42 for measuring the output of the laser light L; calculating, in a calculation unit 48, a laser control signal Sl on the basis of the setting signal Ss and the feedback signal Sf; and oscillating, in a laser oscillator 18, the laser light L on the basis of the laser control signal Sl. |
