<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable immediately acquiring a music to which a user has listened on radio broadcast. <P>SOLUTION: A broadcast station 1 broadcasts various kinds of radio programs according to usual programs. In user side, the program data from the broadcast station 1 are received with a receiver 3 and outputted. If a user listened to the program and wants a music used in the program, the user operates the receiver 3 to request the music. Then, the receiver 3 transmits a request (request information) of the music wanted by the user via a wide area network 4. In the broadcast station 1, music (audio data) to be used in programs are controlled, and the audio data corresponding to request information are transmitted to the receiver 3 via the wide area network 4 upon receiving the request information from the receiver 3.
