PURPOSE: To facilitate closing of a door on an incline by performing control using a control means for controlling power supplied for driving a door by a regulation means according to the longitudinal inclination of a vehicle detected by an inclination detecting means. CONSTITUTION: When an automobile is in a horizontal position and a door closing contact 50 is closed by operation of a door closing switch 26, an electric circuit passing through both a motor 24 and the coil of a relay 26 is formed. Next, the coil of the relay 46 is energized and a contact 46a is switched from a contact 46b to a contact 46b so that a resistance 58 is connected in series between a battery B and the motor 24. Next, the resistance 58 reduces a voltage supplied to the motor 24, and the door 10 is driven for closure with small power. When the automobile is in an upwardly inclined position, a pendulum 34 swings and closes the contact 40 of a proximity switch 4. Further, the relay 46 is deenergized and a resistance 60 having a lower resistance value than the resistance 58 is connected in series between the battery B and the motor 24 so that the door 10 is driven for closure with large power. |
