A rolling mill includes intermediate rollers(6,7), reinforcing rollers(4,5) and working rollers(2,3). The shapes of rolled material are controlled by controlling the bending forces of working rollers and the transportation of the intermediate rollers & the reinforcing rollers in the axial direction as well as in its upward or downward direction. It is characterized that the bending forces applied on the working rollers are independently controlled.
