PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase interference suppression effect by extending a region of adaptive array algorithm operation.SOLUTION: A wireless communication system having a wireless communication device to which an adaptive array antenna for dealing with channel interference is applied includes: first band division means for dividing a transmission signal after modulation process into a plurality of bands; power allocation means for allocating power to each of the transmission signals divided into bands, so as to have power differences among the bands; transmission means for synthesizing and transmitting the transmission signal of each band after the power allocation; reception means for receiving the signal, transmitted by the wireless communication device for transmitting a signal, as a reception signal; second band division means for dividing the reception signal into a plurality of bands; array processing means for performing array antenna processing for each of the reception signals on the divided bands; and demodulation means for synthesizing each of the reception signals after the array antenna processing, and then performing a demodulation process.
