<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a forming die for a thermoplastic resin sheet and a method of molding a thermoplastic resin sheet which is difficult to cause thickness deviation and positional deviation and allow molding of a thermoplastic resin sheet excellent in accuracy of position.SOLUTION: A forming die for a thermoplastic resin sheet is provided with positioning means which goes in and out in the direction of a to-be-molded thermoplastic resin sheet from a molding surface of a forming die, and the positioning means fixes the positional relationship between the forming die and the thermoplastic resin sheet by protruding in the direction of the thermoplastic resin sheet from the molding surface of the forming die to come in contact with a part of the thermoplastic resin sheet, and, as the forming die approaches the thermoplastic resin sheet, the positioning means comes in contact with the thermoplastic resin sheet and penetrates the molding surface in a pressed state. Then, the forming die approaches the thermoplastic resin sheet further, and the forming surface contacts tightly with the molding surface so as to mold the thermoplastic resin sheet.</p> |
