摘要 <p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To construct a logical operation element in a simple configuration.SOLUTION: A negative AND operation element comprises two first ferromagnetic tunnel junction elements 1, 1 connected in parallel to an applied voltage Vin, and two second ferromagnetic tunnel junction elements 2, 2 connected in series on an output side thereof. Magnetization directions of free layers 12, 22 of either of the two first ferromagnetic tunnel junction elements 1, 1 and either of the two second ferromagnetic tunnel junction elements 2, 2 connected in series are simultaneously controlled by a first magnetization control section 100, and magnetization directions of free layers 12, 22 of the other of the two first ferromagnetic tunnel junction elements 1, 1 connected in parallel and the other of the two second ferromagnetic tunnel junction elements 2, 2 connected in series are simultaneously controlled by a second magnetization control section 200. The output side of the two first ferromagnetic tunnel junction elements 1, 1 connected in parallel is an output voltage Vout.</p>
