The present invention relates to an optical member, which includes a polymer film divided into a plurality of grid areas having a shape of a quadrilateral flat surface, one side of which has a length of 0.3 to 2 cm, 90% or more of the grid areas having alignment directions making angles within ±5° with respect to the alignment direction of the polymer film, wherein the alignment direction of each of the grid areas is defined as an average alignment direction of polymers included in the grid area and the alignment direction of the polymer film is defined as an average alignment direction of the grid areas. The optical member of the present invention can exhibit uniform optical properties and improved luminance. Therefore, a display device according to the present invention including the optical member can have improved luminance and image quality.
