<p>The present invention is provided with a vehicle body (11), a flywheel (13) disposed so as to be capable of rotating horizontally inside the vehicle body, a tip member (19) attached to the bottom end of a rotation shaft (14) of the flywheel (13), and a stabilizing member (21) extending so as to be capable of contacting the ground at the rear part of the vehicle body (11). The tip member (19) has a flat tip face (19b), and the stabilizing member (21) is provided projecting farther downward than the tip member (19).
