ELECTRIC HEATING TYPE VERTICAL MIXER

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electric heating type vertical mixer useful for making confectioneries and breads.SOLUTION: The vertical mixer includes: a food material storage container (T); an electric heater (H) facing the bottom face of the food material storage container; and the required number of stirring elements (P1) and (P2) used by being inserted from the upper part of the food material storage container (T) to the inside thereof. While heating food materials stored in the foot material storage container (T), the vertical mixer stirs the food materials by rotating drive of the stirring elements (P1) and (P2). The vertical mixer is configured to liftingly/loweringly operate the foot material storage container (T) and the electric heater (H) together with respect to the stirring elements (P1) and (P2).
