<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accurately cut out a stacked sheet body without being affected by the distortion and deformation thereof resulting from a residual stress released therefrom when the sheet body is cut out. <P>SOLUTION: In addition to a cutting line for cutting out a stacked sheet body 2 in unit parts, margin parts 14 are set in the boundaries of the adjacent unit parts, respectively. Each margin part 14 is cut by a thin-blade grinding wheel 16 rotated at high speed along any line on the margin part 14 beforehand. After the margin parts 14 are cut out, the position of a primary cutting line 18 is set on the stacked sheet body 2 for each unit part, and the stacked sheet body 2 is cut out by the thin-blade grinding wheel 16 rotated at high speed along the cutting line 18 to cut out each unit part. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT</p> |
