<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a battery in which sealability at a welding part of an outer packaging body can be prevented from being lowered while an injection time of an electrolyte using a liquid injection pipe is prevented from being prolonged. <P>SOLUTION: A battery 100 includes: an outer packaging body 1 made of a lamination film and having a welding part 1a; and a liquid injection pipe 5 arranged so as to extend from an inside of the outer packaging body 1 toward the outside via the welding part 1a.
