<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a plate material cutting machine that can avoid failure of adversely effecting a blade during cutting when cutting a plate material in a vertically placed state in the horizontal direction, and improve cuttability, workability, and space saving. <P>SOLUTION: The plate material cutting machine 1 includes: a mounting table 2; a supporting means 3 for supporting a lower edge, a back face, and a cross sectional face in the horizontal direction of the plate material 10 to be cut and supporting the plate material 10 in a vertically placed state; a cutting means 4 for cutting the plate material 10; and a moving means 5 having a back face side member 5a positioned at the back face side of the plate material 10 and a front face side member 5b positioned at the front face side of the plate material 10, and moving the cutting means 4 in the horizontal direction with respect to the plate material 10. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT</p> |
