<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and a device for producing calcium phosphate from sludge incineration ash for efficiently performing extraction of phosphorus and precipitation of calcium phosphate with suitable reaction conditions and in suitable reaction time. <P>SOLUTION: The method for producing calcium phosphate includes: a phosphorous extraction process of obtaining a phosphorus extract by mixing sludge incineration ash and an alkaline reaction liquid together; a calcium phosphate precipitation process of precipitating calcium phosphate by mixing the phosphorus extract with a calcium compound; a calcium phosphate collection process of collecting calcium phosphate; an electric conductivity measurement process of continuously measuring electric conductivity of the phosphorus extract; and a control process of controlling at least one of the phosphorus extract operation and the calcium phosphate precipitation operation by using the electric conductivity of the phosphorus extract. The device for producing calcium phosphate includes an electric conductivity measurement means continuously measuring electric conductivity of the phosphorus extract, and at least one of a phosphorus extraction control means and a calcium phosphate precipitation control means. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT</p> |
