The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing sterilized fermented soybean milk. Particularly, the method includes the steps of: fermenting steamed beans after inoculating a microorganism such as Bacillus subtilis into the steamed beans; sterilizing the fermented product, obtained by the earlier step, in a high-pressure sterilizer; and mixing the sterilized fermented product, obtained by the earlier step, with a sterilized solution in which an additive is mixed. According to the present invention, protein and nutrients are degraded by fermenting the beans after inoculating the beans with the microorganism; and then the beans are sterilized in order to manufacture the soybean milk from which the microorganism is eliminated. The soybean milk from which the microorganism is eliminated has no risk of generation of bad odor and deterioration resulted by the microorganism. Therefore, the soybean milk can be stored for a long period of time. |
