<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sensor chip capable of enhancing sensor sensitivity and specifying a target substance from an SERS spectrum, a sensor cartridge, and an analysis apparatus. <P>SOLUTION: In the sensor chip 1 constituted by arranging a target substance on the diffraction grating 9 formed on a substrate 10 containing a metal and detecting the target substance using surface plasmon resonance and surface increasing Raman scattering, the diffraction grating 9 has a group of the first protrusions 11 containing the metal formed on the planar portions 10s of the substrate 10, having a protruded rectangular shape in its cross-sectional shape in the direction of vertically cutting the planar portions 10s and arranged at a cycle shorter than the wavelength of light in the first direction parallel to the plane of the substrate 10, a group of the base portions 10a of the substrate 10 positioned between two first protrusions 11 adjacent to each other in the group of the first protrusions 11 and a group of a plurality of the second protrusions 12 containing the metal formed on the upper surfaces 11a of the first respective protrusions 11 in the group of the first protrusions 11. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
